Various modifiers are added and mixed internally in accordance with the Eva Foam formulation requirements.

Workshop technicians accurately weigh the corresponding foaming agents, crosslinking agents, fillers (e.g., talc powder), and modifiers (e.g., POE) in accordance with the customer-customized requirements for foam color, hardness, resilience, odor, flame retardancy, and conductive or antistatic properties. These materials are then put into an internal mixer for high-temperature mixing and uniform plasticization to form a foamable compound.

Foaming molding is conducted in accordance with the customer-specified size and thickness of Eva Foam.

In accordance with the customer-customized thickness and size of EVA foam, the compound is placed into the mold and heated in a hot-press foaming machine (e.g., 140-180℃) to decompose the crosslinking agents and foaming agents, enabling the material to undergo crosslinking and foaming molding.

Conduct cooling treatment and quality inspection on the foamed foam material.

The foamed Eva Foam is subjected to cooling treatment, and regular tests are conducted on its density, hardness, odor, tensile strength, environmental indicators, and other properties.
